Genetic Counselor

Jennifer AxilbundJennifer Axilbund joined the pancreatic cancer registry team as the genetic counselor in June of 2000. Ms. Axilbund has a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Colorado as well as a Master of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Northwestern University. She is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling. Ms. Axilbund provides risk counseling to individuals with a personal or family history of cancer, and addresses such issues as cancer screening, genetic testing, and familial implications of genetic risk.
